Yokayo Wine Company was founded in 2007 by Bill Pauli, a pioneer of the wine industry in the North Coast. Bill saw a need for a high end custom crush facility to not just handle the fruit from his family farm, but also to serve wineries and growers around California looking for quality services. With this in mind, Bill and his four sons designed and built a winery which is the ultimate definition of flexibility, efficiency and performance.

For clients large and small, Yokayo provides custom winemaking, processing and storage. With a 3 million gallon tank capacity, Yokayo has the ability to meet the needs of any size winery. Our winemaking team, led by David Rosenthal who has worked with the Pauli Family for 27 years, can take your specific protocols and make a wine for your exact needs.

For growers looking to custom crush their grapes, Yokayo is easy to deliver to, has an on premise full length truck scale, two 60 ton presses and the best crush crew in the business to receive your fruit, getting your trucks in and out fast. Yokayo can process over 12,000 tons of fruit per year and accepts grapes from all over California. We look forward to helping you with your next harvest.

The Pauli Family owns and farms some of the best North Coast vineyards in Mendocino, Sonoma and Napa Counties and also purchases fruit from all across California to make wines with a variety of flavor and style profiles.
