The Pauli Family owns and farms some of the best North Coast vineyards in Mendocino, Sonoma and Napa Counties. In addition, Yokayo purchases fruit from all across California to make wines with a variety of flavor and style profiles. In 2023, Yokayo processed and made wine from 18 varieties. They are also making rosé wines and blush wines from varieties like Syrah, Pinot noir, Sangiovese and Barbera.
