ALERT! Unified Exhibitors Being Targeted with Fraudulent Solicitations
It has come to our attention that multiple organizations are once again contacting our exhibitors with fraudulent solicitations for things such as: attendee lists, hotel rooms, shipping services and “Fair Guide” advertising.
These solicitations are not initiated, endorsed, or authorized by or represent the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (UW&GS), the American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV), the California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG), the City of Sacramento, the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, or any of our contracted hotels. We caution you to carefully read whatever you receive before you sign any form or reply to any emails. Many of these notices are Phishing scams and they are looking to receive personal information from you.
Please note that just because you receive a phone call or something in the mail or by email with our event name listed does not mean it is affiliated with or sent by UW&GS. Our material includes our logo or at least our mailing address and website.
We encourage you to only use UW&GS authorized vendors. We will not be able to help or support you if you contract with other companies that are not authorized by UW&GS. Our authorized vendors are listed below:
