Kendall Hoxsey Onysko, a fifth-generation grape grower, resides in Oakville with her husband and two children. Her love of family and history has always been a guiding force. She is now the President of Yount Mill Vineyards overseeing 1000 acres of land in Yountville and Oakville. She currently is a board member for the California Association of Wine Grapegrowers, Napa Valley Grapegrowers, and California PD/GWSS.

Reed Showalter is the Managing Director of alliantgrop’s Pacific Northwest Region and a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax and business consulting and was part of the senior team for several large regional accounting firms that advised clients on various tax issues.
Born and raised in central Nebraska as a farmer, Reed is passionate about helping the agriculture and food processing industries. As alliantgroup’s National Practice Leader for Agriculture, Reed has helped numerous companies in the agriculture industry.
Jeff Yasui

Jeff Yasui has been with the Risk Management Agency (RMA) since 2012, serving as the Director of the Regional Office that oversees the administration of crop insurance in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. Prior to joining RMA, he served as the Farm Program Chief for the Farm Service Agency in California for several years. Jeff’s family farmed in San Joaquin County, and he is a graduate of UC Davis.
