PowerPoint Presentations

If you have a PowerPoint presentation, submit your presentation through the form below or email it to speakerinfo@unifiedsymposium.org on or before January 22. We recommend that you also bring your presentation on a USB drive to the conference. Once you arrive at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, go to the Speaker Registration Counter in the West Lobby to pick up your speaker badge and drop off your presentation. Be sure to put the USB drive in an envelope with your name and session title. The USB drive will be delivered to the A/V technician in your session room.

All speakers with PowerPoint are encouraged to review your presentation in the in the Speaker Ready Room. If needed, A/V technicians will be available to assist with questions and ensure compatibility with the equipment provided.

We encourage you to take advantage of posting your PowerPoint presentation on the conference website. Presentations will be write-protected with a password. Viewers will not be able to modify the presentation.

If you obtain permission for any reproduction used in your presentation, you must provide a copy of the permission granted to the UW&GS well in advance of the conference dates. Material (including images) obtained on the Internet does not exclude necessity to obtain permission from the author to use it. Internet sources do not automatically constitute open public access for usage. The UW&GS reserves the right to cease a slide show or other presentation component that is identified as violating these requirements and with associated liabilities.
