Exhibitor Registration Information

NEW REGISTRATION OPTIONS FOR 2010!

Each primary exhibiting company was issued two (2) different types of promotional codes below for registering booth representatives. Companies that are sharing booth space were only sent a promotional code for Trade Show Access Only. The promotional codes were sent in a letter to the contact person provided by your company.

1) Trade Show Access Only: This allows access to the trade show only and is only for company representatives who are working in your booth during trade show hours.

2) Trade Show Access + Sessions (Tuesday – Thursday): This is available for primary contracted exhibitors only. In addition to registering exhibit representatives for the trade show, primary exhibiting companies are entitled to two (2) complimentary registrations for sessions on Tuesday – Thursday. If two others in your company have already used the promo code for this session registration, exhibitors may register and pay for the 3-Day or 1-Day sessions at the significantly discounted ASEV/CAWG Member rate.

3-Day, 1-Day and/or seminar registration may be purchased at the significantly discounted ASEV/CAWG Member rate for both primary and sharing exhibiting companies.

PRE-REGISTRATION

• Register online at www.unifiedsymposium.org. Please follow the online instructions.

• You must register by January 18 to receive pre-registration rates.

• After January 18, you must register on-site and rates will be $200 higher for 3-Day, 1-Day and seminar registration.

BADGE NAMES

• Your name, as provided on the registration form, will be on your badge. Please register using your name as you want it printed on your badge.

PAYMENT

• If paying by check, please make payable to “Conference Registration.” Please mail the form if payment is by check.

CONFIRMATIONS

• Confirmations will be sent to you by email for registration received by January 19.

BADGES

• If you have pre-registered, you may pick up your badge at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium registration area in the Sacramento Convention Center (1st floor West Lobby) during the registration hours listed in the daily schedule.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unified Wine & Grape Symposium and be faxed, emailed or postmarked by January 18, 2010.

• A $50 service charge will be applied to session and/or seminar refunds.

• Refunds will not be issued for the Directory of Registrants.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

• Exhibitor registration will be located in the 1st floor West Lobby of the Sacramento Convention Center.
