In an era of “conversational marketing,” community is built through the Internet and the exchange of personal experiences, ideas and recommendations. The passion for sharing food and wine through travel–local and far away–connects consumers to a place and the people who help make it special. The session will take a look at current buying trends, information sources and how the tumultuous economy has impacted two important wine buying demographics–baby boomers and millennials–and how you can make the most of these trends tomorrow.
